Privacy policy

TeslaRecon ("we") operates teslarecon.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address and when/where you subscribed. Used only to send The Brief. Unsubscribe anytime with one click.
• Orders: name, email, shipping address and phone, collected by Stripe at checkout, plus the items ordered. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregated page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) with no cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments), Printful (production and shipping: name, address and order contents), Resend (transactional email delivery), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and database).
• We never sell or rent personal information.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time through the contact page. Residents of Québec, the EU/UK and California have additional rights under Law 25, the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA respectively; we honour them for everyone.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to run the site, such as your shopping bag (saved in your browser). We do not use advertising cookies.
